Manager

The Manager user may access and edit EVERY record, edit MOST fields in MOST system tables (all except Security Level) and run MOST reports. This user may change the assigned password.
User

The User may access and edit ALL of their OWN records, but no one else's. They do not get links to for running reports or managing system tables and data. This user may change the assigned password.
Browser

The Browser may view ALL records, but edit NONE. Neither reports or system tables are exposed, and the password for these users cannot be changed.
